Needs rewritten to work better

The navigation guidance for Tomtom is very good (amongst the best) but the UI and the map manipulation is horrible. Moving the map or zooming in and out is very problematic. The screen goes blank and flashes and even then may not carry out the function properly and you lose where you were on the map.
If this app was redone so the map scrolled and zoomed well, and the UI was streamlined, this would be a great app, if not the best. As is, it just isnt good enough compared to the others.
